Fit Consultation: We use a Waterford Fitmaster Bicycle during our Fit Consultation’s. The Waterford Fitmaster is a fully adjustable stationary bike that allows adjustment of every aspect of the bike geometry: seat tube angle, seat tube length, top tube length, stem length, stem rise, and crank length. This allows our clients to experience the geometry and fit of ANY bicycle. We will find your absolute perfect position so that it can be applied to a new bike that you do not have access to test ride. Once this Fitmaster fit is done, we can help you decide what bikes might be best for you. We’re happy to provide info on any brands. If you’d like our help looking at other options, we’ll be happy to assist. We'll review with you all the choices that are going to affect your enjoyment, from fit to components to colors!
Shipping: We are open from 11AM - 7PM Monday thru Friday and 10AM - 5PM on Saturdays. We receive shipments daily from Fed Ex and UPS. Ship your bicycle to the shop to protect your personal information when buying a bicycle online or a used bicycle. Don’t waste your entire day waiting at home to sign for your bicycle. Use Plan B Cycling as your home delivery alternative. Bicycles must be paid for in advance. Plan B Cycling will not accept shipments for COD.
Bicycle Build: Building a bicycle can be a challenge. Let the professionals build your new bicycle or overhaul a used bicycle. We disassemble every bicycle to grease the bolts, headset and bottom bracket and torque bolts for safety. True wheels, adjust bearings and disassemble tires to inspect rim strips to eliminate that untimely flat tire.
All Bike Builds come with a FREE $60 Tune-Up with in 6 weeks of delivery of bicycle.
(Re)Fitting: This Fit is for applying the Fit Consultation measurements to your new bike. Includes seat height adjustment, saddle fore, aft, and tilt adjustment, and handlebar adjustment based on your anatomy. We will recommend a stem, handlebar and seat post changes, if necessary, to get you into a comfortable position. This Fit typically takes an hour or more. This Fit is performed by a professional, F.I.S.T certified bicycle fitter.
